COMPREHENSIVE ZONING CODE UPDATE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
LEGAL NOTICE

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Coeymans, Albany County, New York hereby issues a Request for Proposals from consultants for professional services to assist the Town in the comprehensive review and update of the Zoning Code for the Town of Coeymans. Proposals will be received at the address listed below until noon on October 30, 2026. Proposals not received by the Town before the deadline will not be considered.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed package marked “Comprehensive Zoning Code Update Bid” to:

No proposal shall be withdrawn after the bid opening date without the consent of the Town.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submissions, and/or waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions, and to award the contract to the consultant that, in the Town’s sole discretion, is deemed to be able to perform in the Town’s best interests.
