NOTCIE TO BID: Town of Coeymans Paving

The Town of Coeymans is looking to obtain bids on the following paving
project:
Rutkiewicz Road: Approximately 865 ft in length and 20 ft wide. The road
requires T&L with a 1.5 overlay, no tac coat.

Marshall Road: Approximately 4,488 ft in length and 20 ft wide. No T&L 2-inch
overlay, no tac coat.

Van Derzee Road: Approximately 5,914 ft in length and 20 ft wide. The road
requires T&L with 1.5 overlay, no tac coat.

The contractor is to do all rebates and the Town will clean all rebates. The Town
will supply flagmen and water for the roller. The Town is requesting all work be
completed before September 1, 2026.

Bids must be sealed and delivered to: Town Clerk, Coeymans Town Hall 2524
U.S. Route 9W, Ravena NY 12143 by 4:30pm on Monday, June 15th.
Bids will be opened on Tuesday June 16, 2026 at 9am at the drop off location.
