PUBLIC NOTICE – ALBANY COUNTY IDA HEARING – JUNE 25, 2026

The Town of Coeymans has received notice from the Albany County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) regarding a proposed project known as the Coeymans Recycling Center, LLC project.

The notice states that the IDA has received an application for the project and has scheduled the hearing as part of its review of the requested financial assistance. The notice also indicates that the Agency has not yet made a State Environment Quality Review (SEQRA) determination regarding the project’s potential environmental impacts.

According to the IDA notice, the proposal involves the construction of an approximately 75,000-square-foot facility on a portion of an 88.15-acre parcel located within the Coeymans Industrial Park at 50 Coeymans Industrial Park Lane. The application indicates that the facility would be leased to Aprojects USA LLC and operated by P & M Brick, LLC d/b/a Port of Coeymans as an industrial logistics and material handling facility.

The Town of Coeymans is not conducting this hearing; it is being held by the Albany County IDA as part of its review process.
