Replacement of Shower at Waste Water Treatment Plant

The Town of Coeymans is looking to solicit bids for the replacement of 36X36 stand up shower in the sewer department. Please include:

-Materials & Labor

-Removal of existing shower

-Remove existing plumbing

-Install new shower stall and frame wall on left side

-Install new faucet and plumbing, including 2 water shut off valves.

-Drywall framing tape & paint.

-Shower rod

**According to general Municipal law a non-collusive bidding certification must be submitted with the bid.  In addition, public works projects are subject to Labor law §§ 220-227 which requires prevailing wage unless the bidder is a sole proprietor with no employees**
